The MSVBA Board will be holding a meeting on May 20th at the Seadog Brewing Company at 125 Western Ave Portland ME. The official start time of the meeting is 1:00pm. There will be casual conversation over lunch at 12:00. The purpose of the meeting is to form committees to work on items over the summer for next year. It is almost time to close up the gyms and head outside for the summer. Our last scheduled indoor tournament is this Saturday April 14th, 2012. Following the tournament we will be having an "End of the Season Celebration" at Thatcher’s Restaurant in South Portland. This celebration is open to any and all MSVBA members. MSVBA will be providing several platters of appetizer type foods (Wing, Tenders, Veggies, Meatball, Pizza) for you to snack on. Food will be coming out in two waves, 5:30 and 6:30. You are welcome to order anything off the menu but you are responsible for that yourself. Beverages are also your responsibility. Please remember to drink responsibly--we want you back as a member next year!

The 2012 MSVBA Elections will begin with this Sunday's tournament at St. Joseph's College and continue at the April 14 tournament in South Portland. Please see this forum post for full details. |

The next MSVBA Board of Directors meeting will happen on Saturday, March 10 at 1:00 PM. We'll meet at Buck's Naked BBQ in Freeport. All MSVBA members are welcome to attend. The agenda includes Rules updates and officer nominations for 2012-2013. If you are attending, please contact MSVBA President Chris Cloutier in advance so that we have enough seating. |
